THANKS kb0nly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tying HUB to ground on the mic was the trick, and now PTT works!!!!!!!!!! The Mic Lo is just ground. I know some may argue, but it works fine. Here is what i have done with converting other mics to work with my X9000's, which are wired the same as your Spectra. The...

I get mic audio ok, but the PTT stays in transmit. There must be something different about the Radius mics circuitry. Also the Spectra's have a MIC LO and the Radius mics do not. If anyone got this to work, please post your wiring/ pinouts, THANKS A BUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Maxtrac mic to Spectra mic wiring???

Hi, Spectra guru's, wondering if anyone has had trouble with this. I am a little tired of the bulky Spectra mic and wanted a more modern Maxtrac/Radius mic. Matching signals (red, blue, grn, wht wires), causes the PTT to stay in transmit. Any help appreciated. thanks!

Any of you MCS experts had success with these DEK PLUS boxes? Are there any version/firmware limitations?
I have the correct MCS DEK PLUS cable, but still doesn't work, although buttons are programmed in RSS. Anyone have a service manual part#? thanks in advance.
