I think you all might know this already but :x ALPHA, BRAVO, and CHARLIE are all shared with FRS ch#'s 5/6/7 :x I put them in the zone list but not in scan. even with the DPL this might/WILL suck as most FRS radios come with DPL/InDPL. Now my next zone is; APCO ALPHA APCO BRAVO APCO CHARLIE APCO etc...

If the radio is not reassembled exactly correct this will happen. Either one of the little molex(like) plugs are not fully seated or one of the shields are out of alignment. Carefully try it again...it happens all the time. Sounds like a bad module or its not seated properly. You are correct though....
