Hi, I have an Aussie/Asia version of a GP339. I'm using CPS 03.07.04, I can program fine, I just have a question for anyone familiar with this radio. I cannot find a way to set a channel to receive only. Every other CPS or RSS I have ever used has this feature but again, this is a radio for a differ...

I figured it out. For anyone else with an AXV5100 or a CP125, press and hold the A button to toggle the display mode.

I can't seem to get the display to show the alpha names I set in the CPS channel list. The specs show that it is alpha capable up to 8 characters. Does anyone know how to enable this?

Ok, I have the pinout for the CP200 cable. Can someone tell me what version of RSS is RVN4196? I have searched Motorola and everywhere else and cannot find anything that corresponds to RVN4196.

I got it working thanks to you guys. I tapped pin 35 on the VIP and ran it to chassis ground and it is working great.

I cannot get the receive TPL tones to work on a Maratrac. I know they are programmed in for each mode but for some reason it still receives and scans in CSQ. Any help is appreciated.

I have a Maratrac with the A7 control head. Are the buttons supposed to be back lit? Mine are not and I wanted to be sure before I took it apart looking for lamps.
