Also one radio was seeing some reflected power, something that arose since we last checked and analyzed the antennas and lines, and that seemed to add insult to injury and amplify the anomaly. For clarification, when I say recognize, I mean program in the tone, it goes up to 1310 and down to 1285, won't allow anything in between as it defaults High or low.
