Re: Dead MLM 6.10 Board
Hoping someone can help me out. I killed my MLM 6.10 while attempting to program a mode with split PL/DPL for repeater use. When I went to program it stated something about bad data may cause the radio to not function properly. Well, I went ahead and programmed it and got a 01/82, or something like...

Re: Dead MLM 6.10 Board
Ed, Your best bet is to get a new MLM from spectragod. The MLM you have may be so corrupted the only way to clear it is to remove, erase, and program a new mask on each memory chip. As for the GM300 I haven't ever seen one prog. with split pl/dpl before. If I get a chance I will try to recreate you...

Re: Spectra VHF High-Power Corrupt Code Plug
Jim- I really appreciate your willingness to help me with this issue. First let me mention that the two radios in question were working fine until I attempted to clone them, so therefore I do not think its a leaky cap, or they would not have been working to begin with. Second, what I did was read a ...

Re: Spectra VHF High-Power Corrupt Code Plug
Sorry mine is 146-174 Mhz. I have two other radios with same model numbers and off only 1 digit in serial numbers and they work fine. For some reason, when I read the working radios and attempt to clone to corrupted ones, I get the error SELF-CHK. Its been so long I once programmed these rigs, I can...

Re: Run-time Error
HLA,
I think I have most everything running now. I still would like to have a dedicated PC with DOS 6.22, etc.. to run all my MRSS. Anyways, thank for the help. Oh, which DOS Ver are you using to boot from and are you then using the MRSS on a floppy, or off HD?
Thanks
Ed
