Bucket Seats For FORD CRV LX 1999?

The Fire Dept in with got a letter about some sort of new fcc regulation pertaining to narrow band. can anyone give me some more info on this. the letter was an invitation to a meeting but didnt really go into any detail on what the new regulations are.

3 cellular look a likes might look kinda strange on a car. Kinda defeating the purpose of the disguise. Low Profile Antennas-A few questions

I think my problem is more my lack of proper cable stripping tools rather than a damanged mini uhf socket in my radio because when I use the mini uhf alone it get a little bit of reception on the radio but when i use the adapter with a pl259 soldered on the end of the coax I get nothing at all. Crown Vic Installs? Wiring
Anyone have any pictures of Crown Vic Installs...Specifically a crown vic with a split bench seat, also very intersted in pics of how the wiring was done. Need ideas on where to run my wire and topics such as power distribution. Also type of wire used would be nice too.

Problem attaching Mini UHF to Coax
I had some problems attaching the Mini UHF connector to the coax on my spectra. I than used a solder PL-259 on the coax and a adapter to convert it to mini uhf. Well I don't think Emergency Management can get this grant unless its a step towards the Indiana SAFE-T Project....Our users consist of Fire, EMS, and law enforcement. Not sure if other state government will be using it or not. Also County and State Hwy Dept are supposed to have access to the system.
