Re: HT1250 Battery Discharges on radio when off
Not sure it is a charger problem because I have used two different chargers. I removed from service 2 batteries that would get hot when charging, old date codes. I just ordered a few new batteris today and will see if that changes. The others were analyzed and checked out to be good. It could just b...

HT1250 Battery Discharges on radio when off
Is it possible for my HT1250 to discharge batteries while it is switched off? I've tried a few batteries with different capacities and date codes and they all seem to discharge while the radio is off. I put a fresh one on the radio in the morning and went out on a SAR mission some five hours later. ...

Is it an HT1250?
I have aquired an HT1250, VHF with full keypad. Programmed it up fully. No problems at all. I was goin to sell it because we're changing over to UHF. Then I looked at the stickers on it. The stickers looked like they were replaced. The one with the model number says it is AAH25KDC9AA2AN which is an ...

Weird HT1250 VHF Power up tones.

When I power it up after it being either in the charger over night or off for a few hours, it has almost a morse code set of beeps that sound at times like a Z or D or T. If I press any button, it stops and the radio is fine. I've gone through the p...

CP200 Out of Band Trick?
Does anyone know of a way to get the CP200 to go out of band. Is there a trick like the "..hold the shift key.."? A company is trying to match up their CP200's with their GP300's that are just over 470MHz.

HT1000 2.5mhz Bandwidth
Our PD has installed a repeater system and the frequencies are in the 2.5mhz bandwidth. M1225's program up fine but the HT1000's wont. I believe it's because of the version of RSS we have (2.00.00). It keeps wanting to "round off" when you try to enter 153.7925mhz. I guess my question is d...
