Looking at front of SVA they are:

Red---Yellow---Green---Black

These are readily available preassembled.

I tried this and blew the X-9000 head. Nothing happened to the radio itself.

There is supposedly a special interconnect board you can swap out in the Maratrac to allow this to work.

I think in this set-up you program the Maratrac with Maratrac RSS and the X9000 head with the X-9000 CHProg.

At one time Motorola produced a Y-cable that plugged into the 25pin speaker port on the back of the AVA; then in turn the HMN-4044D HHCH Mic and speaker plugged into separate plugs on the Y-cable. The AVA and the HHCH Mic that I saw functioning had this set up. It was a couple of years ago.

In the original AVA setup the HMN-4044A was the HHCH mic that was used. It was hooked to the AVA via a Y cable (NTN-8077A) that plugged into the speaker port.
