Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know which number pin on the rear connector of a motorola astro spectra is the call alert pin output?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the info, I'm pretty sure I know a guy who can make the whole setup your talking about. As far as programming, are you talking about additional programming in the radio, if so what exactly?

He has no idea how it is done either, I have a picture of it that I will try and post, but its looks like just a simple switch that goes from mute to no mute.

Right, it requires a switching device, the way I understand it being setup from a friend that actually has it setup this way is that, there is a simple toggle switch that goes between what they have labled "mute/standby" and speaker unmute. If you dont want to hear the constant radio traff...

Does anyone know how to mute the radio/speaker until the radio is paged? Its a Astro Spectra W7 head, set up as a base station. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Which would you guys prefer....a Havis Shield Console or a Jotto Console?
THe console I would be using for Havis is the Vehicle Specific C-VS-1200-GM and the Jotto console is the contour console for a chevy silverado truck.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated

Hi Guys,
what is the best way to run 2 radios and 1 siren using 1 battery thats already in your car? On the radios I dont transmit on them..is there a way to run a cable from your battery to like a junction box type thing and then run all the other wires to the junction box?
