Are you remembering to hit the little green (or blue) side button after you enter the password like an enter key on a computer ? I forget to do that all the time on mine. JT1000 Password prob?

I put a password in my JT (a 4 digit no.) after about 4 months not in use, When I put the programming key on! and select channel. It prompts me to enter the password. But nothing happens after I enter it!. I looked over all the data & password is the same on the 386 pc. Tried to backspace the 4 ...
