The other day I was over at a good friends house and made him jump out of his chair. We were sitting in his computer/smoking room, when my brother-in-law called me on 145.565 simplex. When I keyed my HT-1000 at 5W BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. His computer speakers were left on, almost full volume! Th...

R300 Radio-Phone

I picked up what I beleave is an old R300 radio-phone. The model # is H02UCH6RR8AN. I read it can be programed with RSS. But I couldn't find a cable pin out. Can anyone help, if so, is it worth it.

just what you need

MOTO makes a JEDI-INTERFACE. Among other thing it powers the radio,
from 12vdc down to 7.5vdc. I have one and I love it. E-mail me if you have any more questions?

vhf jedi mtva schematic

I accidentally hooked up the power backwards (kicking myslef) on the control unit.
In doing so I smoked the cap.#707gfg to the right side of the 12vdc in.
I think it's just a defuzzing cap., but I'm not sure.
Any info or a schematic would help alot.

Thanks,
