JC, First off the Radio Rebroadcast wires are blue and are located on the amplifier itself. One lead goes to + the other to - on the speaker output of your radio. Polarity isn't important. You most certainly can install a flasher on the 06 Explorer, you have to use an isolation equipped model. SoundOff Signals ET3PFISSOØØ-P is my recommendation.

Okay, kind of a strange question, but here it goes... The Chevy truck I am looking at has two antennas on it, one for OnStar and one for GPS. Now, can either antenna be used for another type of application such as scanner antenna or even a cell phone antenna? I know nothing about this kind of stuff...

Yes all their manuals are online, and Carson has never changed hands. They were producing for other companies and now they only sell under their own name. I love their products and their customer service is top notch. I wish more companies were like them.

Yes TWL you are correct, I have a SPS660 and it only has Comet or Double. It sounds to me like the supply is damaged.

Are you using a 13.8 volt power supply that will run 10 amps continously? Also like TWL911 said, it is not a Scan-Lock power supply, the pattern changing wire is a latching circuit which must have 12 volts continously. Whelen has a tech support department too.

I meant to ask about the mirror lights. Nice fix on that. I was wondering why you had used that deep console when you were using all remote mount heads. I understand now. Is there A/C ducting run under the factory console or something else blocking the available room?

well, I have 6 coming in within a couple of months and I find it hard to believe that Chrysler would put one time use clips on the front section knowing that it will be removed for police equipment installation. So I hope you are wrong.

um, find a different company, one that knows what they are doing. Use a 1.5" hole saw to drill through the exterior housing, then use a 1" hole saw or UniBit to make the hole in the Interior reflector where you want the strobe tube.

Take a look at the New 911EP LS12. I just had a customer trade a Dual Talon for one, but it is about personal preference so you should go look at a few lights and see what you think of them.
