Sel Call on an XPR7550e
Greetings - I need some help from the 'wizened professionals' here. We've got fire season out here in California, and I wanted to monitor the L.A. County Fire Dispatch Channel (Blue-8, if anyone cares) to hear any potential tone-outs for the Battalion nearest my home (and therefore early warning of ...

Can't get the USB Cable to work with the CPS and XPR7550e
I can't seem to get my computer (running Win10 64 bit) to see my XPR7550e when I connect it with the USB Cable (same cable I program my APX7K with). CPS Version 13.0 build 666. Anyone have any idea where I can get drivers?

APX7000: Changing the Bands
I've got an APX7000 in VHF/800 configuration (for which I use 800 for volunteer work for a local Sheriff's office, and VHF for the local Ham stuff). I bought the radio because our department simply doesn't have enough radios for the volunteers and I didn't feel safe out there without a 'lifeline.' I...

900MHz & the XTS5K
I have a presently unused 7/800 MHZ XTS5K (our department went to APX's) that I'd like to use on the 900 MHx amateur band. Is there a software flash for the codeplug I need, or will the CPS just tune it up there?
Second question: will the APX CPS (ver. 7) read the XTS?
