I should add though, that after it was done, the switches were not bad to operate.

Looks nice. I personally like where they are (the switches) as it would be out of reach for a child sitting in the front to hit one on and not notice it right away ...

But overall very impressed.. want to do an install in MI for me?

Nice and clean install. Just not sure about the headlight flasher ground on top of the plastic tab of the flasher it's self. How bout a star washer under the ring, under the tab?

Great install. Very nice and clean.

A couple questions/comments...

I was sceptical at first when you said red/blue talon, then I saw the last photo. When did Whelen start doing inter-weaved talons?

With the two three-position (on-off-on I presume) switches how did you squeeze five functions out of them?

This siren provides Wail, Yelp, Phaser and Air Horn, as well as Manual Siren tones.

Lastly I just wanted to say good job with the break-down of the install. It's nice to see people that go that extra little bit to explain what they did, and why they did it.

The way the Carson Sirens SA361 is setup, when the siren isn't locked into a Wail or Yelp tone, the Momentary switch produces Horn one way and Manual the other way. When the Siren is in Wail or Yelp, the Momentary switch will override with either air horn one way or Phaser the other way. The Talon isn't interweaved, it is actually split half and half. Works really well though. Thanks for the comments guys.
