03 impala civilian version?

I put a rear light flasher from soundoff in my impala. I believe Its all installed properly although should the middle break light be flashing also? The way its going right now its not..

Thats on a separate circuit so no it probably won't flash. Just FYI its against Federal law to have the center mounted stop lamp flash.

ahh 10-4. Then good is shouldnt be flashing :)
