TIR3/LIN3 and 500 series sync

Post by turtlexiv »

Quick question, I did some searching and couldn't find an answer to this. Does anybody know if the Whelen TIR3/LIN3 and 500 series LEDs will sync together with the supplied sync wire? I'm assuming that the TIR3 and LIN3 would sync to each other fine, but I'm not so sure about syncing between the different series of lights...

I've already got some TIR3s on my vehicle and had considered adding a couple of additional LED heads, which is why I ask.

What radios do you own?: M1225, HT100, P1225, etc

Yes. All Whelen products with the sync wire (normally gray) will sync.

You can even sync strobes, LEDs, and halos together in some cases.
In God we trust. Everyone else, we run through NCIC, Thinkstream, and III.

Yep... I've got TIR/LIN3s, ULF28s, and 500-series synced on my truck with no problem.
