How to setup a shared calander in Office 365

Trying out Office 365, and would like to create a shared calendar between the mrs and I in outlook and use the iDevices/Android so everyone is on the same page.

Is there a way to do this without going thru a 3rd party provider?

Is there an easy way to link everything up? The online help system they have isn't all that great. I kind of like it, but almost ready to go back to office 2007
