MW520 memory upgrade

Post by Matt McD~ »

Has anyone done a memory upgrade from 128MB to 256MB on a MW520 F5205A successfully? I'm under the belief that can be done but I can't get the Phoenix 4.0 BIOS to recognize the difference.

I think I have 256 in my 5205. I pulled it out and put it in the 5203 I have, and the 5203 wouldnt see it. I don't have anything larger to try in the 5205. Do you know what type of modules they take?

I came across a PDF the other day (don't have it saved locally yet) and I believe the max on the 5205 is 256, with 128 on the 5203.
