Motorola MW520 Workstation for SAR team Need alot of help

Hello everyone... I just picked up a mototola MW520 to use for the k-9 search team in my car. Basically I need this unit to run street atlas program with gps. I picked up this unit for 100 bucks complete.

I need alot of help. It has a 133 or 233 Processor. not sure on the ram. a color touch screen. This unit DOES NOT have a usb port on the back like some other unit do.

My needs are to possibly upgrade to win 98 or win 2000 and Load a street atlas program and get a UHF/gps antenna for it. If you are close to the poconos in PA I would even pay you for your help.

If someone could walk me through this that would be great... I really am not sure what to do first,.
