WASHINGTON, D.C. (FOSE, Booth # 2119 and 2200) – 20 March 2007 – Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) today announced the new ML910 Rugged Notebook and MW810 Mobile Workstation, fully-rugged, wireless-enabled mobile computers that give government, public safety and enterprise mobile workers quick and secure access to vital information.

These newest additions to the Motorola portfolio of mission-critical communications solutions represent significant advancements in its fully-rugged mobile devices. The ML910 Rugged Notebook and MW810 Mobile Workstation offer optimized wireless computing performance and capabilities designed specifically for the government user.

The ML910 Rugged Notebook is designed to meet the requirements of military and public safety users and built to excel in tough environments. Optimized for secure and reliable wireless communications, the ML910 Rugged Notebook features the first 13.3” widescreen display providing higher resolution and more space to view multiple applications than other rugged notebooks in its class. The ML910 Rugged Notebook continues the Motorola heritage of offering fingerprint authentication as a standard feature.

The fully-rugged MW810 Mobile Workstation is a vehicle-mounted computer that provides reliable and secure wireless connectivity and processing power for mission- critical applications. The MW810 Mobile Workstation offers Intel® Core™2 Duo processor options, a sunlight-readable display and programmable buttons that allow for quick access to critical applications and remote assistance.

“Mobile workers in mission-critical environments need fast, reliable and secure access to video and data information necessary for quicker response and better decision-making,” said Rod Guy, director of mobile computing operations, Motorola Networks & Enterprise. “These new products offer important features and capabilities in high demand by government users who need powerful mobile computers that can withstand the challenging conditions in the field.”
