Repeat download request's of KB931784

Over and over I'm asked by MS to download KB931784
anyone else? Plus my PC-cillan is picking it up as not installed? the log says it is?

this link shows you how to remove it from your registry so windows will think it isn't there anymore then you should be able to redo the update and see if it takes it that way.

thanks for the reply Jeff, already been there -- problem is fixed but, PC-cillian picks it up on a scan? every time! There staff is working on it.. There is also a fix from a DOS cmd. prombt.

Well, we're a tiny community with an even tinier portion who participate in the computer forum. The Windows message boards probably have millions of hits a day. Even the most obscure problems can be found posted multiple times on them.
