CP200d and new CPS 10.7

Post by arlojanis »

I received a CP200d with 1.00.30. I down loaded and installed CPS 10.7. CPS works on other CP200d but will read the latest version. What can I try?

Are you trying to read or clone it? Some known bugs using older archives with the newer CPS and cloning. Haven't had any issues with actually reading a unit though. What error message is the CPS puking at you?

Win 7 computer would not open this CPS on MOL. I had to save CPS to flash drive on my XP and install on Win 7 from flash drive. I discovered Motorola had sent a full digital CP200 in an analog only box. This is why no clone. I plugged and unplugged all connectors and moved them around and got CP200 to read. Typed new channels and wrote OK.
