how to get around codeplug password xtl5000

how to get around codeplug password xtl5000

I have a few xtl5000's I bought that have a password on the codeplug....Motorola says it needs to be sent in to recode but you guys are smarter then that...what can I do?

First thing I would do is go back to whoever you bought these radios from and tell them you need the codeplug password (or half your money back).
