XTS flashcode question?

XTS flashcode question?

Do you have to have H35 conventional system operation[/u][/b] enabled to use a VHF radio in conventional mode. Even though it has FPP and up to date CPS from motorola that allows conventional dispatch programming.

Negative. It can do conventional regardless of the flashcode in the radio.
