This policy covers "Flame Wars", out of hand discussion, and any other activity intended soley to inflame or instigate.

This will not be tolerated here. If it is determined that a member started a flame war or participated in a flame war, member(s) involved will be suspended from the board for a period not to exceed 30 days. Upon a second violation of this policy, a member's account may be suspended or terminated indefinitely.

This will depend heavily on the level of involvement of the member.

For a member to be reinstated, we require the following:

1. The member who violated this policy must write an apology to any members to whom a grievance may have been caused.
2. Submit a request to the administrative staff to be reinstated, after the suspension period has elapsed. The administrative staff will then inform you of its decision.

Upon a third violation of this policy, a member will be permanently suspended.
