Motorola XPR 4550

I got to work this morning and somebody from midnights tells me that we are having problems with one of our XPR4550 transceivers. They tell me that the volume goes very loud and they couldn't get the control to lower the volume. Of course, when I checked it a bit ago it apepars to be acting normally. The Firmware Version R01.11.10/CP Version 12.01.01. Does anybody here have any suggestions before I bring it in to the shop?
