Batboard

Hello all. Just received a used xpr 4550 and when trying to program or read radio with cps I received this error. It states that it is detecting a replacement board and that I need to program the serial# for this replacement board using mototrbo tuner. Can this be done in the service mode or do I need other software to accomplish this.
