I cant find it, I only see the tuner and new firmware. A search reveals an error message, what folder is it in?

If you don't have a software subscription for it, that's all you'll see.

Anyone else having trouble programming radios with older firmware using 14.0? We had an XPR7550 with somewhat early FW (R02.06.something or another I believe but not the newer R02.06.05.0002) that would reach about 75% complete while reading but then fail without any explanation of why. Bumped FW up to R02.60.05 (newest I had on the PC) which did work and then we were able to read and write without any other failures.

I had the failure at 75% on an XPR7550 while programming on-site this week. I thought it was just another bug in the USB communications so I didn't want to mess with it on the road. Customer is bringing it by the shop for programming using another computer. I'll try the firmware update trick on it.

I've programmed some old 6300's and 6550's with no issues using 14.0

You all did see the read me note regarding CPS 14 and Older firmware versions I hope --

CPS Compatibility with Old Archive Codeplugs
CPS version 14.0 does not support codeplug versions older than 06.00.14
(system release R2.3) and will fail with error #4784 (“Operation failed to
complete”) when trying to read a radio / open a file containing such a
codeplug version. To avoid this issue the radio should be upgraded using
the CPS device update function. If this is not possible, then CPS version
13.6 will need to be used instead with the older the codeplug version.
