Multi Site Trunking Roadmap

We are looking to roll out a digital trunked radio network in South Africa and would like proceed with the Mototrbo systems. However the ConnectPlus technology is only available in the States according to our Motorola Suppliers. What is the road map forward? Is there already a time indication when multi site trunking will be released for southern Africa / Europe? Will it be a Motorola Propriety format or will it be according to the ETSI DMR Tier III open standard?
