XTS2500 Key Fail message after start-up

Hello all

I have an issue with a XTS2500 when it starts up and within a second or so reads " Key Fail" then resumes as normal.
Help Please !!

It wont affect the radio. Its just saying it is looking for a encryption key and not finding it. In the CPS it can be turned off.
