Every radio I have owned, I have the original codeplug data for, just in case of problems such as the one you described.
This topic has been beaten to death over the years here, and it's still valid....Save ONE GOOD CODEPLUG from EVERY radio, so you have a fallback.

You never know when murphy will strike!

Failing the original codeplug, you could find one from the same model with the same flash options and use that. Of course, you'll need to get it re-tuned as you would loose all of the previous values.

All things being equal, even if you dumped the main codeplug data, your flash options would not be affected as flash options are programmed using a separate method, and not alterable via normal programming.
It's always wise to do a complete alignment every time you reprogram a radio, but always improtant if you alter enough of the codeplug data.

If you could, post the flash code and the radio's band split as well....
Maybe someone with a similar codeplug/flash would send you a 'replacement'.
