7/800 issue

So I have a 7/800 meg radio that I can not get any 700 channels programmed into. It keeps on coming up as an invalid field. The model number is H46UCF9PW6BN but when you go into radio info from the power on screen it says 7/800. Any ideas?

Hello. Not knowing your expertise level, we risk suggesting some obvious gotchas here. Did you set the personality to Astro for what we assume might be a digital-only frequency? Did you set that channel in zone/channel assignment to 2.5 transmit deviation? There are a few others that will keep your 7xx.xxxxx frequency colored red. We know, we ran into it the first time we played in 700-land. Good luck.
