XTS5000 internal battery

Post by PhillyPhoto »

I was going through Akardam's guide on astro radios and noticed there's a button battery for the NTN4563 board in the XTS5000s (http://www.akardam.net/moto/docs/mirrored/combined.pdf page 46). Does anyone know what size the battery is? I have a radio that doesn't keep the time when I take the regular battery out and I am figuring it needs to be there to keep the time. When I do a google search, I pretty much just get saber batteries for some reason.

That helps a lot, the only thing is I've only found them with tabs welded on: http://www.diytrade.com/china/pd/790645 ... FL11E.html

Thanks! I'll have to make a note of it for a future order :)
