Dash Mount kit for APX6500

Anyone have the individual part numbers (head bridge and interconnect flex) for the H1848 APX6500 Dash mount kit?
Flex cable: HKN6206B
The head bridge is the same for a control head or TIB, but if you need it the part # is 3264059H03.
