Quantar Site Connect

For those that don't also monitor the communications.support site, I would like to announce Quantar Site Connect (QSC). This is a system I have developed to link multiple ham radio Quantars using the V.24 interface with older Cisco modems. There are several repeaters and a DIU3000 linked right now. Additional features such as on-demand talkgroup-based linking are now being designed to try to get around some of the issues seen in the linked DMR systems.
