Item #1: Support FCC Narrowband Mandate (12.5 KHz channel
spacing only) in the United States

Note 1: This Customer Programming Software is intended for programming radios to be
used in the United States of America (USA) to ensure compliance with the narrowband
mandate issued by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Programming of
the radio to operate on 20/25 KHz channel spacing is not permitted and has been
disabled in this application in compliance with the FCC mandate for Part 90 VHF and
UHF effective January 1st, 2013.
Canadian customers and US based customers who are not impacted by this FCC
mandate for Part 90 VHF and UHF frequencies may contact Motorola Solutions
Customer Service for additional information on how to access the appropriate service
tool for your needs.
It is the responsibility of the FCC licensee to comply with FCC Narrowbanding rules and
not apply these international & service tools in a manner that is inconsistent with the
Narrowbanding regulations or the directions provided by the manufacturer.
