Trying to install apx family software, but I get a missing file of apxfamilycps.msi. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Where did you obtain the APX software from?
Unless it is direct from Motorola either from a direct download or from the CD they send you, it would be hard to tell what the problem is.
