Difference between DR3000 8MB and 32MB

Post by denis »

hello question that I ask myself on a DR3000 8MB version, what are the differences with a DR3000 32MB.
what capacity is it possible with this type of repeater, the options that we cannot have and the maximum firmware that it accepts

thank you for the information

The main difference I remember is that remote IP programming is not available on the 8MB. This prevents you from doing codeplug changes and software updates remotely.

Also, some of the 8MB builds are old and include a strange heating pad on one of the chips to allow operation at cold temperatures.
