APX 7500 with 07 head not responding to ignition sense

APX 7500 with 07 head not responding to ignition sense

I have an APX 7500 with an 07 head that will not respond to ignition sense. My yellow wire is connected to ignition and the rest are connected to battery. When unit is turned off then vehicle is turned on head unit flashes "APX 7500" then powers off. Radio works fine in manually.

Split head? Make sure the yellow wire harness is connected to the back of the control head not the brick. Check the APX cps "radio wide/features/ignition switch" set for "soft power off"
