APX6000 BN Audio Settings

We have just deployed about 900 APX6000 BN radios with XP speaker mics. Currently on a 4.1 system (all talkgroups digital) but soon transitioning to P25.

I have been getting user complaints about choppy audio, audio fading in and out to the extremes, missed traffic, etc. We are using the default audio settings and this is for law enforcement use.

I believe part of what is happening is users error in that they are talking over or away from the mic as well as adjusting volume on both the radio and mic but....

Anyone have any optimized audio settings they are willing to share that I can experiment with?
