APX8000 Problem

APX8000 Problem

So I have an APX8000 that came in today for problems. The radio does not have any speaker audio at all and the backlight does not come on and also noticed the LED on top does not work. When I place the radio into service mode the backlight comes on and LED works but still no speaker audio. Changed out the speaker with new thinking just bad speaker but no change. Still no speaker audio. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks

What radio profile is it set to use? Are the lights and internal speaker disabled in that profile?

:x Thanks that was it and I feel stupid. I not sure why I didn't think to check that. It was in surveillance mode. Anyways thanks
