Can someone tell me definitively whether or not an APX radio that DOES NOT have the "Q507 - 12.5 kHz FCC Mandate" will allow a conventional channel to be programmed with 25 kHz spacing throughout its entire operating frequency range?
Thank you for your time!

Yes, throughout the entire U and V spectrum (where the Part 90 FCC mandate is required) it will allow 25 kHz wideband operation absent of Q507.EindhovenOne wrote: ↑Fri Oct 16, 2020 8:48 amCan someone tell me definitively whether or not an APX radio that DOES NOT have the "Q507 - 12.5 kHz FCC Mandate" will allow a conventional channel to be programmed with 25 kHz spacing throughout its entire operating frequency range?

Other areas of the spectrum and other Rule parts, such as 700 & 800 MHz and Marine, have their own set of rules and is unaffected by Q507.
