The following chart is laid out as follows:

CAGE SLOT - WIRE PAIR (ON PBLOCK) - PINS ON PBLOCK - FUNCTION

These apply to each cage's "P2" connector where BIM interfacing is performed.

Remember: In Centracom II/II+/Gold Elite, slots 5 & 6 are designated for operator position cards (OMI/TOMI/TTOMI/COIM), and therefore their position numbers on the punch block are not listed.
