MC2000 Programming Cable Pinout

Post by psapengineer »

Does anyone happen to have a diagram / Pinout for the MC2000 desk set / console? Thanks in advance, BobJ

My manual (MC2500 but MC2000 is the same) lists the cable part # as DDN6367.

The pinout should be RJ11 to DB9:
RJ11 pin 1 to DB9 pin 3
RJ11 pin 2 to DB9 pin 2
RJ11 pin 4 to DB 9 pin 5

The ones that I have built, I just get a DB9 female to RJ11 female adapter body, plug it appropriately internally and just use a standard RJ11 cable to go to the deskset.
Amateurs train until they can do it right. Professionals train until they cannot do it wrong.
