Does anyone have any generic training materials relating to the operation of MCC 7500 consoles? A customer of ours is migrating from Centracom Gold Elite to MCC 7500 dispatch and as part of the migration, they would like a training session.

While I know the user interface is 99.9% identical between the two, there are some minor differences. Has anyone got any PowerPoint, Acrobat or other generic training material they can share?

we have a physical flip book and then some home made how to word docs on patching call alerting etc...

would you like those?

There are a couple of user manuals on MOL in PDF format. They are in the range of about 9 megs in size, so they could be emailed if needed.
