How hard is it to interface a Doug Hall 4RV voter to a Micor repeater? It might be a MSR2k, not sure of the differences, will get the s/n later. I would like to hear from someone that has done it successfully.
Thanks.

I haven't specifically done it on a Micor or MSR2000, however, knowing both the Doug Hall Voter (and Doug), and having connected lots-o-stuff in and out of Micors, it would be cake. I am assuming you want to use the repeater receiver as one of the voted receivers. The rest I assume a link radio or three into receivers at the site. All of the audios and COR signals in the world are easily available on the Micor, and all the PTTs ever wanted are there also. The voter just needs the received audio for S/N and all is well. The only issue is to insure that the in unit receiver's audio path is cut so that the receiver doesn't feed the transmitter directly, has to come out to the voter card and then from the voter back to the transmitter. I just wish MSF's were half as easy!

RUN AWAY!! RUN AWAY NOW!!
I have not had great success with the Doug Hall equipment.
I had a system that had to be replaced after one+ year of operation. And two years later it was replaced with a Motorola Spectra-TAC voter.
The issue that plagued this system was failing site cards. The pilot tone generators are OK, however JPS equipment will give you no hassles.
Sorry Doug Hall Electronics.
