I was given this Model number and I don't see it on batlabs two-way page. Can anyone tell me if this is 16 or 128ch?

All HT1250's are 128 channel with 16 Channels in each Bank...

Unless it's an HT1250-LS, in which case it's limited to 16 conventional channels (plus LTR trunking groups).

Yup, unless it's a LS as mentioned you're listening to the wrong people.
Your model# shows VHF 128 ch. limited 6 key front which easily changeable to a full keypad unit.

Sure there is a 16 channel version. It's called the HT750.....
