I just purchased a Minitor III and am in need of the Universal programing interface nd programing stand. Either OEM Motorla or Home built (I will buy home built only if you'll guarintee it). Please contact me off list with prices if you have any of the above. Thanks.

Call Motorola- they'll be glad to sell it to you. This company will do ANYTHING for money.

Jim,
Thank you for the suggestion. I was trying to avoid having to go through Motorola because they have a 4-6 week back order showing on the programing stand. I'd be glad to buy the UPI from them but since the stand is what has the software with it it's going to be the more important piece and I thought I could get a better deal buying everything from one person.

The programming stand and software can be purchased as separate units. I'll see if I can get p/n's.
Be aware that we have found 9 software versions in one batch of pagers. The disadvantage is that one version will not load to another. You have to read the pager then edit and reload the data. I heard that the new ver 3.4 is supposed to correct this but have not had this confirmed by anyone who had the latest version.

Thanks... I've looked up the parts and prices through Motorola and have found that while they have the UPI's in stock the stand is supposed to be out of stock for 4-6weeks and I was hoping to have something sooner than that.
