Hi,

I think you're wrong Jim. The 1225 is a Windows based program.

I have mine running in Win ME, have not tried it in W2K.

Are you getting an error? or anything more specific, maybe I can help.

Enjoy LT

It's not a true 32-bit Windows program, so Win2K may not like it. I'm on a dual boot Win98/Win2k here at home (in Win98 right now). I'll try it a little later on tonight & see what happens on my Win2k partition.

Ok, here's the deal. While in Win2k, I tried running the RSS already installed on my C: drive in Win98. I received an error that it was unable to locate P1225.exe or one of it's components. Upon checking out the readme file, it said that the program uses many files which already exist in Windows 3.1, 95 & 98, so it would not install them if it didn't need to. So, I tried a full install from the disks while in Win2k, I changed the default install directory from C:1225 to F:1225 (my Win2k drive). The install took A LOT longer than the typical Win95/98 install, it was installing the needed missing files. Upon completion, the program then ran perfectly. So, in short, you need to do a full install from the disks, you can't just copy the c:1225 contents & expect it to work in Win2k, even though that method works fine in Win 3.1/95/98
