JT1000 Password, HELP...

Okay gang,

Just got my JT1000, $390.00 from "talkfar.com" and don't have the password for freq prg. I thought I saw a default password discussion but can't find it now. Anyone got a guess

For your benefit, the password can be changed in the RSS to another number. The default is 581000 if I remember correct.

If you have trouble remembering this default password, it's just the radio's model number, if you use the alpha characters on the keypad...J=5, T=8. So 581000 = JT1000.
